Over the last six weeks, we have done our best to take care of your sinonasal issues via telemedicine and in the office when necessary.

However, we have also spent a considerable amount of time adjusting the office so that we can assure your safety when we are allowed to open our doors for more routine medical issues.

For the foreseeable future:

-All of our staff will be wearing masks at all times (patient and non-patient care staff)

-All staff have their temperature taken twice a day

-Waiting room is thoroughly cleaned hourly with antiseptic wipes

-There is strict social distancing enforced in the office

-There are HEPA-13 air purifiers in every room and the waiting room

-All patients will be screened when making your appointment sand then again at the front door for symptoms and exposures of COVID-19. If there is concern, we will do a telemedicine visit for the safety of our other patients and staff

-Every patients temperature will be taken upon entry

-Patients will be required to wear a mask

-Patients will not be allowed to bring visitors with them. A child may be brought with one adult. We are happy to include patient’s visitors on video chat if they would like

-Patients may be asked to wait in your car after kiosk check-in as we have removed seating in the waiting room to allow for social distancing

-We are seeing fewer patients to allow deep cleaning of exam rooms in between patients

With the above pre-cautions in use on our urgent patients that we have seen since the beginning of the crisis NONE of our staff, physicians or patients have contacted COVID-19 infections from our office.

We are confident that we are can continue to provide high level care for your sino-nasal issues with the utmost safety. Just be patient as it may take a little more time than you are used to!

We look forward to seeing you soon.
